Art is an expression form where worlds of other dimensions are created, imagination has no limits. I have worked with the human figure for a long time, but I have been inspired mostly by the feminine figure. There is a great richness in terms of artistic expression in the curves and shapes of the body surface.

My proposals of abstractions and figures, are supported by curved lines and volume, that are tied to the effects of light, shadow, and color. I am inspired by the corporal landscape with its natural and mysterious beauty. These landscapes are transmuted into organic abstractions of different nature which transport me   to other dimensions, where I am able to project my worries, my ideas, my feelings...

Among my proposals there is, La Metáfora del Cundiamor, in which a native woman (a Boricua from the island of Puerto Rico) is compared to a tropical fruit (cundiamor). The colors of the fruit itself: orange, red, and green, project the energy of the Latin and Puertorrican women. The second proposal portraits the body as a tropical landscape.

The third proposal is Reminiscences where a vague memory of the human figure is transformed into an organic abstraction, an spontaneous expression of the subconscious mind
