The artists exhibited in real or virtual places give implicitly their agreement by their acceptance of being exhibited and promoted to the organization the permission to disseminate full or partial representation of their exhibited art and name for exclusive ways of communication about the event, archival’s recordkeeping and dissemination of activities of the organization.
